About:Leisure World is a Co-Responder scheme. Co-Responders our trained professionals who can provide a multi skilled approach to emergency response. We are all employees of Leisure World working within Customer safety. Who assist the Ambulance service whilst still doing our normal jobs rolls.

Leisure World is a multi venue leisure complex with cinema, casino and the largest nightclub on the south coast. The complex can hold up to 10,000 people and is open 7 days a week.

As Co-Responders based within the complex we will be at the patients side within minutes of any call being made to the ambulance service, and on many occasions will be with the patient before the call has been completed to the control room.

We are always on the lookout for new responders, ideally we would like to setup a CFR group in as many different areas throughout the four counties covered by the south central area as possible. If you are interested in becoming a responder, please Click Here. If you don't fancy the idea of actually attending an emergency situation, groups always need organisers, fund fundraisers and volunteers who are willing to help in other capacities.

Please bear in mind that all the work that community responders do is on a voluntary basis, the equipment has to be bought and maintained, which all costs real money. If you want to make a donation and help a particular group, or the scheme in general, whatever the amount, it is all very gratefully received and will make a difference!
