| About: | Our scheme responds to medical emergencies in the following areas: Earley, Lower Earley, Wokingham, Whitley and Sindlesham. We may also be asked to cover other areas when needed. The scheme is run by Coordinators Rachel Meston and Mark Davis, they are supported by Responders Chris Cloake, Mervyn Wiseman and Ian Hayward. we are always looking to recruit new volunteers, if you are interested please feel free to contact us at any time or visit our new website www.lowerearleyresponders.co.uk To date we have attended over 100 life threatening emergencies. |

We are always on the lookout for new responders, ideally we would like to setup a CFR group in as many different areas throughout the four counties covered by the south central area as possible. If you are interested in becoming a responder, please Click Here. If you don't fancy the idea of actually attending an emergency situation, groups always need organisers, fund fundraisers and volunteers who are willing to help in other capacities.
Please bear in mind that all the work that community responders do is on a voluntary basis, the equipment has to be bought and maintained, which all costs real money. If you want to make a donation and help a particular group, or the scheme in general, whatever the amount, it is all very gratefully received and will make a difference!
